SCRIP REFERENCE PRICE

The Scrip reference price for the fully paid Ordinary shares to be issued to shareholders electing to receive the Scrip Dividend Alternative for the final dividend for the year ended 31 March 2013, payable on 4 October 2013, will be 682.4p.

The Scrip reference price is calculated by taking the average of the middle market quotations for the Company's Ordinary shares for the day on which they are quoted

ex-dividend and the four subsequent business days.  In respect of the final dividend for the year ended 31 March 2013, this was the period 7 August 2013 to 13 August 2013.

The Scrip Dividend Alternative timetable for the final dividend for the year ended 31 March 2013 is as follows:
