Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 19 August 2013 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 665 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at prices between 1,166 and 1,169 pence per Ordinary Share on 19 August 2013.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those held in Trust, is 22,662,292 Ordinary Shares (53.05%).
