Adjournment of General Meeting

Oracle Coalfields PLC (AIM:ORCP), the coal developer of a lignite mineral property in the  south-eastern part of Sindh Province, Pakistan, announces that as a result of ongoing discussions with certain shareholders it was decided to adjourn the general meeting scheduled today.

The Company intends to hold further discussions with shareholders and an announcement will be made in due course once an alternative date (if any) for the general meeting has been set.
