Directors' Dealings

Frontier IP, which specialises in the commercialisation of university intellectual property, announces that it was informed on 14 August 2013 that on that date Andrew Richmond, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 9.95p per share. Following the purchase Mr. Richmond has a beneficial interest in 750,000 ordinary shares representing 3.99 per cent. of the issued share capital in the Company.

The Company was also informed on 15 August 2013 that on that date David Cairns, Portfolio Director, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 9.95p per share. Following the purchase Mr. Cairns has a beneficial interest in 620,000 ordinary shares representing 3.30 per cent. of the issued share capital in the Company.
