Nature of transaction:     Exercise of an approved option over 7,313 shares awarded on 6 May 2010 under the Approved Performance Share Plan Schedule to the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan and release of 4,757 shares from the associated funding award which were immediately sold to fund the exercise cost of £2.051 per share of the approved option.
