The British Land Company PLC ("the Company")

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 4,992,921 Ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List. 

It is expected that admission will be granted on 08 August 2013 with dealings commencing on 09 August 2013.

These shares will be issued in connection with the Company's Scrip Dividend payable on 09 August 2013.

When issued these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.
