The Company announces that it was notified on 5 August 2013 that Pippa Latham, a Non-Executive Director of James Latham, has received 4,700 ordinary shares in the Company which were transferred to her for nil consideration on 30 July 2013.  Following the transfer, Ms Latham's holding is 369,793 ordinary shares representing 1.9 per cent. of the total voting rights.
