Director/PDMR Shareholding

NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

The Company was informed today by Mike McCollum, CEO, that his wife has today disposed of 54,614 Ordinary shares of 10.5p each at 1490p per share.  The disposal was made in order to complete a forthcoming property purchase.

Mike McCollum's resultant reportable total holding in the Company, together with his connected parties, is 215,386 Ordinary shares of 10.5p each representing 0.376% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
