The Company announces that it received notification today that following the Final Dividend payment on 1 August 2013, Equiniti Registrars purchased 54 Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Dividend Reinvestment Plan for Ian Carter, a director, at a price of 1544.19 pence per Ordinary Share.
