Result of General Meeting

Northamber PLC ("Northamber" or the "Company") announces that, at the General Meeting held earlier today, the resolution to cancel the Company's admission to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities ("Cancellation") was duly passed.

The resolution was passed and the results were as follows:

VOTES FOR	% FOR	VOTES AGAINST	% AGAINST	VOTES WITHHELD
17,235,991	99.80	35,295	0.20	3,170,000

Accordingly, Cancellation is expected to become effective at 8.00 a.m. on Monday 2 September 2013 and the admission of the entire issued share capital to trading on AIM is expected to become effective at 8.00 a.m. on the same date.
