Director Shareholding

Central Asia Metals plc (AIM:CAML), has today been informed that, Dr Michael Price, one of its non-executive Directors:

1.         on 24 July disposed of 10,000 shares in the Company of US$0.01 each ("Shares") at a price of 115.77 per Share; and

2.         on 25 July disposed of 190,000 Shares at a price of 114.92 per Share.

Following these disposals, Dr Price has an interest in a total of 6,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.007% of the issued share capital of the Company, which are held by his wife, Shona Price.
