Deltex Medical Group plc (the 'Company') was notified on 25 July 2013 that a former employee of the Company has acquired 32,420 ordinary shares of 1p each, as the result of the exercise of options under the Company's 2003 Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme.

Accordingly, application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 1 August 2013.

Following this, the total number of voting rights in issue will be 164,770,667.
