New Framework Agreement for 100% of the Kounrad Project

and Results of Extraordinary General Meeting

Central Asia Metals PLC (AIM:CAML) announces, further to its announcements on 27 June and 2 July 2013, that the resolutions proposed at the Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed. The resolutions were with respect to the allotment of new ordinary shares in consideration for the acquisition of the remaining 40 per cent. of the Kounrad Copper Project in Kazakhstan.
