Director/PDMR Shareholding

Trinity Exploration & Production plc ("Trinity" or the "Company"), (Ticker Symbol: TRINI), the leading independent E&P company focused on Trinidad and Tobago, announces that it was informed on 18 July 2013 that on 18 July 2013 Joel Pemberton, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 3,145 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of £1.00 per share.

Following this purchase Joel Pemberton is interested in 525,960 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.55 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
