Exercise of Options and Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has today issued 23,450 new Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Approved Share Option Scheme. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 24 July 2013.

The new shares were allotted to David Barnbrook, a Director and the Chief Operating Officer of the Company.  In accordance with his instructions, 5,000 of the new Ordinary Shares were registered in the name of his wife, Lynne Margaret Barnbrook.  These 23,450 new shares have today been sold to institutions at a price of 1450p per share.  The sale proceeds will be applied by Mr and Mrs Barnbrook to the reduction of personal debt following the purchase of a house.

Following the allotment of these shares and the above sales, the enlarged issued share capital will be 5,357,949 Ordinary Shares and David Barnbrook's interest will be 22,248 Ordinary Shares representing 0.42 per cent. of the enlarged issued share capital.  In addition, he holds remaining options over 26,550 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Share Option Plans.
