Verdict of the High Misdemeanor Court of the Republic of Croatia

Further to the announcement of 26 November 2024 on the adoption of the judgment of the Municipal Misdemeanor Court in Zagreb in case number Pp-774/2022 and the filing of an appeal against the said judgment, the Company hereby informs the public that on 20 February 2025, it received the judgment of the High Misdemeanor Court of the Republic of Croatia under case number Ppž-11326/2024 dated 22 January 2025, which rejected the Company's appeal and confirmed the first-instance judgment of the Municipal Misdemeanor Court in Zagreb.

The Company will act by the final judgment but will also file appropriate extraordinary legal remedies within the legally prescribed deadlines and file a constitutional complaint since it believes it is not responsible for the misdemeanor for which it was convicted.
