The Company announces that it was notified on 24 September 2024 of the following transaction in the Company's Ordinary 1p shares (the 'shares') undertaken by a director / person discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMRs'):
In order to effect a 'Bed and ISA' transaction, Robyn Perriss, Independent Non-Executive Director, sold 89,054 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of £0.515 per Ordinary Share and then repurchased 89,054 Ordinary Shares into her ISA at a price of £0.5155 per Ordinary Share. Following these transactions, Robyn's overall beneficial interest in the Company's Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 99,328 Ordinary Shares.
