Distil plc (AIM:DIS) announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2024, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting, will be posted to shareholders today. Copies are also available from the Company's registered office, and are available on the Company's website: www.distil.uk.com/investors

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. on 9 July 2024 at 3-7 Temple Avenue, London, EC4Y 0DT.
