Notification of PDMR Transactions

DFS Furniture PLC announces that a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) and a person closely associated with them, have today completed the sale of part of their beneficial interest in the Company.

Tim Stacey, Chief Executive Officer has today sold a total of 10,560 ordinary shares of 0.10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of £2.63 per Ordinary Share and his wife Julia Stacey, has  sold 5,280 at £2.60 per Ordinary Share, in line with their long-term financial planning.  Tim will retain a holding of 523,364 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
