Vesting of Awards pursuant to the Company's Restricted Share Plan ("RSP")
DFS Furniture plc (the "Company"), announces that on 30 November 2021, awards over 20,401 ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the Company ( "Ordinary Shares") comprising of options over 18,309 shares granted on 30 November 2018 and 2,092 dividend equivalent shares pursuant to the Company's RSP to Mike Schmidt, in the form of a conditional share award ("Award") vested in full.
On 30 November 2021, Mr Schmidt sold 9,589 shares at an average price of £2.46 per share for the purpose of meeting his tax liability on the shares acquired on vesting.
