("the Company")
Grant of shares under the Deferred Bonus Plan (the "Plan")
DFS Furniture Plc announces the following transaction by persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of the Company with a nominal value of £0.10 ("Shares") took place on 20 December 2021.
Due to an administrative error by the Company the number of shares granted to the Executive Directors under the Deferred Bonus Plan made on 21 October 2021, was incorrectly calculated. In order to correct that error, the Company has today and in accordance with the scheme rules, granted further shares to Mr Stacey and Mr Schmidt
The awards granted under the Plan are structured as options with a nil exercise price over a number of shares (the "Deferred Awards").
No consideration was paid for the grant of the Deferred Awards.
Details of the additional share awards under the Deferred Bonus Plan are as follows:
