Deltic Energy Plc, the AIM-quoted natural resources investing company with a high impact exploration and appraisal portfolio focused on the Southern and Central North Sea, announces that it was notified today that Peter Cowley, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has sold and purchased 50,924 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company as part of a Bed & ISA arrangement.

There has been no change to the number of Ordinary Shares beneficially held by Mr Cowley as a result of these transactions.
