Historical Delivery Hero SE Holdings in the Company
In accordance with the requirements of DTR 5.8.12R(1), the Company is publishing the following TR-1 notifications of major holdings in the Company received from Delivery Hero SE ("Delivery Hero"). These additional notifications provide clarity on the accumulation by Delivery Hero of its current holding in the Company's Class A ordinary shares.
According to the TR-1 notifications received regarding the crossing of relevant disclosure thresholds, Delivery Hero's holdings represented the following percentages of the Company's total Class A ordinary shares: 3.01% on 8 June 2021, 4.36% on 2 August 2021, and 5.09% on 6 August 2021.
The first TR-1 notification received by the Company from Delivery Hero was that which disclosed a holding representing 5.09% of the Company's Class A ordinary shares. This was received after market close on 6 August 2021 and was duly published by the Company on 9 August 2021. Subsequently, the Company has received two further TR-1 notifications from Delivery Hero regarding the crossing of lower disclosure thresholds in the Company's Class A ordinary shares on its way to accumulating its current stake. These disclosures are now being on-notified by the Company as required by DTR 5.8.12R(1).
