This notification has been issued following a request from the Issuer and guidance from the Financial Conduct Authority that TR-1 ownership percentage calculations should be based only on the number of Ordinary Class A shares in issue, as this is the only share class that is admitted to trading. Such calculations thus exclude Ordinary Class B shares, which also carry voting rights in the Issuer pursuant to the Articles of Association of the Issuer but which are not admitted to trading, and of which the person subject to this notification obligation does not hold any.
