Publication of 2021 Annual Report and Accounts

Deliveroo Plc has today, published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 (the '2021 Annual Report').

In accordance with LR9.6.3 R of the Listing Rules, the 2021 Annual Report has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for public inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

In compliance with rule 6.3.5 (3), of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the 2021 Annual Report can be downloaded in pdf format from the Company's website at https://corporate.deliveroo.co.uk/investors/annual-report-summary. A hard copy version of the 2021 Annual Report will be dispatched to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications in due course.

The date for the Company's Annual General Meeting ('AGM') and the Notice of AGM will be published on the Company's website and distributed to shareholders in due course.
