Dar Global PLC announces that it was today notified that on 24 July 2024 Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company PJSC, a person closely associated with Yousef Al Shelash, Vice Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Dar Global PLC, pledged security over the indirectly controlled  ordinary shares held in the capital of the Company in favour of Emirates NBD and other consortium partners .

There is no change in Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company PJSC beneficial shareholding in the Company.
