CVS, one of the UK's leading providers of integrated veterinary services, announces that it was notified on 10 December 2021 that Louise Fairman, the wife of Richard Fairman, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has today purchased 907 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Accordingly, Richard Fairman and persons closely associated (PCA) with him now hold 28,725 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.0041 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
