CVS, one of the UK's leading providers of integrated veterinary services, announces that it was notified on 14 December 2021 that Richard Gray, Non-executive Director and his wife purchased a total of 2,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on the same date.

As a result, Mr Gray's total interest in the Company, including his wife's holdings, is now 5,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.007 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company. The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of UK MAR, provides further detail.
