CVS, one of the UK's leading providers of integrated veterinary services, announces that it was notified on 26 September 2022 that Deborah Kemp, Senior Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 1,454 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on the same date.

As a result, Ms Kemp's total interest in the Company is now 8,013 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.011 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.

CVS was further notified on 26 September 2022 that the wife of Robin Alfonso, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 1,477 Ordinary Shares on the same date.

As a result, Mr Alfonso's total interest in the Company, including his wife's holdings, is now 3,477 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.005 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
