PDMR Dealings
CVS, one of the UK's leading providers of integrated veterinary services, announces that it was notified on 25th, 26th and 27th June 2024 respectively of the following share purchases:
· David Wilton, Non-Executive Chair of the Company purchased 2,500 Ordinary Shares. As a result Mr Wilton's total interest in the Company is now 9,000 Ordinary shares, representing 0.012 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
· Deborah Kemp, Non-Executive Director of the Company purchased 2,440 Ordinary Shares. As a result Ms Kemp's total interest in the Company is now 10,453 Ordinary shares, representing 0.014 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
· Robin Alfonso's wife purchased a total of 1,004 Ordinary Shares. As a result, Mr Alfonso's total interest in the Company, including his wife's holdings, is now 24,377 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.033 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
