Notice of General Meeting and publication of Annual Report and Accounts

Coro Energy plc, the South East Asian energy company focused on supporting the regional transition to a low carbon economy, announces that the notice convening a General Meeting of the Company ("GM") has been mailed to shareholders together with the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 and is available on the Company's website at www.coroenergyplc.com.

The GM, to lay the Annual Report, is to be held at the offices of Pinsent Masons LLP, 30 Crown Place, Earl Street, London EC2A 4ES on 15 August 2022 at 2:00 p.m. and follows the Company's annual general meeting held on 14 June 2022.
