Results of General Meeting  

Coro Energy plc, the South East Asian energy company with a natural gas and clean energy portfolio, confirms that at the General Meeting of the Company held earlier today to lay the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 and related resolutions, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

The proxy votes received prior to the General Meeting, which include discretionary votes given to the chairman of the meeting, were as follows:
