The Company announces that Carl Herberger, Chief Executive Officer of Corero, has purchased 106,530 Ordinary Shares. Following this purchase, Carl Herberger has a total beneficial interest in 1,451,027 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 0.28% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

Furthermore Chris Goulden, Chief Financial Officer of Corero, has purchased 140,623 Ordinary Shares. Following this purchase, Chris Goulden has a total beneficial interest in 140,623 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 0.03% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
