In conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, the Company announces the following:

Corcel Plc, ("Corcel" or "the Company"), the natural resource exploration and development company with interests in battery metals and flexible grid solutions, announces as at 28 May 2021, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 384,787,601 ordinary shares of £0.0001 each with voting rights. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.

The above figure of 384,787,601 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
