14 October 2021
Corcel Plc, ("Corcel" or "the Company"), the natural resource exploration and development company with interests in battery metals and flexible grid solutions, notes recent press speculation regarding its Tring Road and Avonmouth gas-fired peaker plants.
The Company confirms that, whilst there can be no certainty that a transaction of any kind will proceed until documents are signed, it is however in discussions with a number of parties regarding a financing package and potentially partial disposal of its interest in these gas peaker projects.
The Company will continue to provide updates in due course.
