Corcel (London AIM: CRCL), the extractive industries exploration and development company, with interests in battery metals including nickel, cobalt, and rare earth elements, announces, further to the announcement made on 28 March 2023, that the notice convening a General Meeting of the Company (GM) has been mailed to shareholders today and is available on the Company's website www.corcelplc.com.

The GM is to be held on Wednesday, 26 April 2023 at 3:00 p.m. at Room LGA, 125 Kingsway, London WC2B 6NH.
