Corcel plc, (London AIM: CRCL), the Angolan focused exploration and production company, confirms that at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held earlier today to approve the resolutions, as set out in the Notice of AGM published to shareholders on 30 November 2023, all resolutions were duly passed on a show of hands.
