Corcel Plc (London AIM: CRCL), the pan Angola-Brazil focused exploration and production company announces that further to the announcement of 12 July 2024, the company confirms Mr. Scott Gilbert's regulatory checks have been completed and that he will be joining the board with immediate effect.

The Board of the Company will therefore consist of:
