Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM: CNC) is pleased to announce that, at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held earlier today, all of the resolutions as set out in the notice of AGM dated 14 May 2024 were duly passed by shareholders. In respect of the final dividend of 1 pence per ordinary share approved at the meeting, the ex-dividend date for this payment is 27 June 2024, the record date is 28 June 2024, and the expected payment date is on or around 12 July 2024.
