The following notifications are made under article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation ('MAR') relating to certain transactions in the shares of the Company by Directors of the Company, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') of the Company and/or Persons Closely Associated ('PCA') with the Directors and PDMRs.

On 29 October 2024, the Company was notified that The Peter Ogden's Children Trust, of which Peter Ogden is a Trustee, had on 29 October 2024, sold 562,284 Ordinary Shares of 7 5 /9 pence of the Company ('Ordinary Shares'). These Ordinary Shares have been sold to trusts of which the beneficiaries are members of the Ogden family.

This transaction represented approximately 0.52% of the total number of voting rights in the Company. Following this transaction, The Trust's beneficial holding is 6,818,383 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.41% of the total number of voting rights in the Company.
