Directorate Change

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment to the Board of Comptoir Group plc, with immediate effect, of Michael Toon as Finance Director. Michael joined the Group on 5 October 2020 as Finance Director and was formerly Finance Director of Chopstix and prior to that, the Casual Dining Group.

Mr Toon holds 1,000,000 options over ordinary shares of one pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company pursuant to the Company's Share Option Plan, exercisable at a price of 7.23 pence per Ordinary Share.

Further information required to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in relation to Michael Toon is set out below:

·    Michael Toon, aged 45, does not currently hold any other directorships, and has not held any directorships or partnerships in the past five years.

·    Save as disclosed above, there are no other disclosures required in relation to Rule 17 or paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
