The Company was notified on 23 April 2021 of the following transfer of ordinary shares in the Company of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). Judy Green, wife of David Green, Chairman and Chief Executive of Colefax Group Plc, transferred a total of 550,000 shares to her two adult children and a total of 180,000 shares to her six grandchildren all for nil consideration. Following these transfers David Green and his wife Judy Green hold a combined total of 1,771,379 shares in Colefax Group Plc representing 19.63% of the issued share capital.
