("CMO", the "Company" or "the Group")
Establishment of CSOP & Grant of Options
CMO Group PLC, the UK's largest online-only retailer of building materials, confirms the establishment of a new company share option plan (the "CSOP") and the grant of options to certain PDMRs pursuant to the CSOP.
The Board recognised the importance of long-term equity incentive schemes as a means to attract, recruit and retain key employees. While the Company has already adopted the CMOStores Group Limited Long Term Incentive Plan, intended for the benefit of executive directors of the Group, the CSOP is intended to ensure all employees are properly incentivised and able to closely identify with the objectives of the Group. It is intended that options granted pursuant to the CSOP will vest subject to standard performance conditions and with an exercise price linked to the prevailing market share price at the time of grant.
The Company confirms that following the establishment of the CSOP, it has granted new share options (the "Options") to the following PDMRs of the Group:
