Director Share Purchase

CMO Group PLC, the UK's largest online-only retailer of building materials, has been notified that on 13 July 2022 Suzanne Packer, the Group's Chief Operating Officer, purchased a total of 40,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of 37.89 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

The Company confirms that following the Purchase, Suzanne is holding a total of 1,734,412 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 2.41 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
