CMO Group PLC (AIM: CMO) announces that it has been notified that Suzanne Packer, Chief Operating Officer and Lewis Love, Group Technology Director (who are categorised as PDMRs of the Company) have each purchased ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), details of which are below and provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (the "Purchases"). The Company confirms that following the Purchases, Suzanne Packer is holding a total of 1,764,412 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 2.45 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and Lewis Love is holding a total of 1,539 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.002% per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
