CMO Group PLC, the UK's largest online-only retailer of building materials, announces that on 23 June 2023 it made awards over ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") under the CMO Group Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") to Group employees including persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") of the Company ("Awards").
