CMO Group PLC, the UK's largest online-only retailer of building materials, has been notified that on 9 October 2023 Ben Hodson, the Group's Brand Director, sold a total of 25,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of 24.255 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Sale").

The Company confirms that following the Sale, Ben is holding a total of 338,088 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.47 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
