Dividend Payment Date Update
On 13 September 2022, Churchill China announced, in conjunction with its Interim Results for the six months ended 30 June 2022, an interim dividend for 2022.
The Company advises that the payment date for this interim dividend will now be 7 October 2022, as opposed to the original date of 30 September 2022 indicated in the interim results announcement.
There is no change to the record date for the interim dividend, which remains as 23 September 2022.
