Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer of innovative performance ceramic products serving hospitality markets worldwide is pleased to announce the appointment of Robin Williams as a Non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Robin is currently Independent Non-executive Chairman of Keystone Law Group plc, the challenger law firm, and FIH Group plc. Robin is also a Non-executive Director of Headlam Group plc. Until 31 March 2020, Robin was Chairman of Xaar plc, the digital inkjet technology developer and, until March 2018, of NHS Professionals Ltd. Robin is an engineering graduate and qualified chartered accountant with over 30 years' experience with listed companies, initially as an adviser and then as a CEO and co-founder of Britton Group plc and then as an executive director of Hepworth plc, the building materials business.

The Company welcomes Robin who will add significantly to the development of the Churchill business and to the Board. His appointment reflects the Board's ongoing succession process.

Killby & Gayford Group Limited traded profitably to the date of Robin Williams leaving and he was not involved in any preparation for or events leading up to the decision of the Directors of Killby & Gayford Group Limited to enter administration.
