Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer of innovative performance ceramic products serving hospitality markets worldwide, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 and its Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be posted to shareholders today.

Churchill China's 2024 AGM will take place at 12 noon on 5 June 2024 at the Company's head office, No.1 Marlborough Way, Tunstall, Stoke on Trent, ST6 5NZ.
